Our master baker learned the craft from childhood, trained by the finest bakers in Valparaíso, Zacatecas, Mexico. In 1996, that lifelong passion became a bakery, and in 2012 we brought those same treasured recipes to Denver, opening our doors on Federal Blvd and sharing a piece of home with the community.
Pan dulce is more than just bread — it's a cornerstone of Mexican culture. From the perfectly golden conchas to flaky cuernos and crusty bolillos perfect for tortas or fresh out of the oven with a cup of coffee, every piece carries generations of tradition, crafted to bring families together around the table.
At San Antonio Fresh Mexican Bakery, our mission is to share the art of pan dulce with Denver. Every morning before sunrise, our bakers shape each piece by hand using the same recipes from Valparaíso — because we believe this tradition deserves to be tasted, shared, and celebrated far from where it began.
